Avoided succinylcholine, inhalation agents
As intubation is must for adenoids maintained with oxygen / nitrous/ atracurium / midaz / iv propofol.
No tachy or brady response noted.
No exaggerated hypotension noted.
Surgery lasted 15 min
Avoided gyco as premed as it thickens secretion as these pt have anhidrosis
Patient extubated safely avoiding reversal
Intraop analgesia maintained with minimal dose of fentanyl Patient was hydrated well though out the surgery
